1. Using Our Services

2. Your LangWitch Account

You may need a LangWitch Account in order to use some of our Services. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. LangWitch cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

3. Content and Intellectual Property

The content you create using LangWitch remains your own intellectual property. However, by using our services, you grant us a license to host, store, and display your content.

By uploading language data, translations, or other content to LangWitch, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the LangWitch services.

You represent and warrant that you have all the rights necessary to grant us this license for any content that you submit to LangWitch.

4. Termination

LangWitch may terminate or suspend your access to all or any part of our Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using our Services, or contact us to request account deletion. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

5. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. We will let you know via email and/or a prominent notice on our Service, prior to the change becoming effective.
